A frontier-like tune, the title taken from the great memoir An t-Oileánach, about Tomás O Crohán's life growing up on the Blasket Islands off the south west coast of Ireland. He refers to the function of eating a few times as being glad to have a 'mill in the mouth to grind it with'.
